Abstract

The agricultural knowledge transmitted from generation after generation through orality, they constitute part of the social structure of our culture. The day-to-day experience of horticultural farmers and goat breeders, They need to be learned, understood and empowered by new  generations. It is relevant mention that farmers and animal breeders belonging to the elderly are the ones who They own and manage most of the information that requires to be transmitted and left as a legacy to new generations and to everyone who can make use of it.
