Venezuela is currently undergoing a process of profound transformation, which requires a fundamental change in the model of agricultural development, since the economic model has been transformed; we have finally given up on the State that is indifferent to small producers and environmental imbalances, the product of an agricultural production model based on capitalist rationality.
